At Nelson, Watson & Associates, LLC we build bridges every day with a combination of the best people, value added services and technology available in the debt recovery industry. Since our inception in June 2002, we have made it a priority to staff our management and collection teams with only those who have significant industry experience. Our collection managers have an average of ten years of experience, while the collection staff averages three years. This experience, combined with leading edge technology, solutions and strategies, has enabled us to grow rapidly over the past few years. In that short time we have grown from 12 to 120 employees and have acquired clients representing a broad range of placement types including bank/credit cards, auto deficiencies, and student loan defaults.

LLC partners George Nelson III and Gregory Cerullo have extensive backgrounds in collection portfolio management and business development. Mr. Nelson has been a successful, self made entrepreneur and business developer for over twenty years. He believes taking a "hands on" approach in all ventures makes the difference in building a small fledgling company into a strong, self sufficient enterprise. Mr. Nelson is responsible for development of corporate strategy, finance, and operational compliance. Mr. Cerullo brings over a decade of collections management and operations experience to the company. He is a strong advocate of coupling technology with the best and brightest employees to produce consistent results. His key strengths lie in developing effective collections strategies that meet the unique needs of clients in all sectors. Mr. Cerullo is integral in implementing effective production standards to match corporate goals and establishing the professional development of the collection staff.
