Since our inception in June 2002, we have made it a priority to staff our management and collection teams with only those who have significant industry experience. Our collection managers have an average of ten years of experience, while the collection staff averages three years.

This experience, combined with leading edge technology, solutions and strategies, has enabled us to grow rapidly over the past few years. In that short time we have grown from 12 to 224 employees and have acquired clients representing a broad range of placement types including bank/credit cards, auto deficiencies, and student loan defaults.
